Located in La Balme-de-Sillingy near Annecy, this charming 250 m² country house with unoccupied outbuilding welcomes up to 14 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a 50 m² veranda opening onto the terrace and secure pool, and several relaxation areas for maximum comfort. The three upstairs bedrooms are arranged as follows: - Bedroom 1: Sleeps 4 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower, double sink, and walk-in closet on the same landing. - Duplex bedroom 1: Downstairs, 1 single bed, bathroom with shower and single sink; upstairs, 2 sleeping areas with 1 double bed separated by a blackout curtain from another double bed. Toilet on the landing. - Duplex bedroom 2: Downstairs, 1 double bed, bathroom with shower and single sink; upstairs, 2 sleeping areas separated by a blackout curtain: 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Toilet on the landing. Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron. The house is completely independent. Secure parking in the courtyard for several vehicles and a bike storage room are available. Parties such as bachelor/bachelorette events and large gatherings are not allowed. Outdoor noise is permitted until 10 p.m.; afterward, please respect the neighbors or continue activities indoors. All shops are 5 minutes away by car. Bus to Annecy and bike paths are nearby. Hiking trails are just 1 minute away by car. Some traffic noise may occur during rush hour, but the area remains quiet as it is on the edge of the village. Video surveillance on the opposite building ensures security when the house is unoccupied; it is disabled during your stay.
